Warranty for NORAC Systems International Inc.'s Products

NORAC products purchased in Canada come with a twelve month limited warranty from the date the equipment is delivered by NORAC or its authorized dealer to the purchaser. NORAC or its authorized Service Center will repair or replace, at its option, any defective part or component at no cost to the purchaser during the Warranty period. If service in the field is required NORAC will authorize on-site repairs at no charge for parts and labor. For more information, view NORAC's Complete Warranty Statement.

What is covered by warranty?

Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship in all of NORAC's products. Items include control systems and genuine replacement parts manufactured by NORAC. Auxiliary components not manufactured by NORAC or NORAC rebuilt parts are covered by a 90-day warranty.

What is not covered by warranty?

  1. Travel time, mileage, and trip charge.
  2. Improper installation, adjustments or calibration.
  3. NORAC Products that do not have a registered warranty.
  4. Complaints or issues not related specifically to NORAC components (hydraulic issues, boom wear, boom lift, and suspension accumulators, maintenance, sprayer electronics, etc.)
  5. Modifications required due to sprayer manufacturer's variations outside NORAC's control. NORAC endeavors to provide installation kits that are complete and accurate, however NORAC does not warranty claims relating to incomplete kits as many of these short comings are the result of sprayer manufacturing changes and variations outside of NORAC's control.
  6. Repairs attempted by other than NORAC authorized personnel or not using NORAC certified or recommended parts.
  7. Consumable items such as oil.
  8. Collateral damage to non NORAC components.

Product Returns and Repairs

  1. Complete the RMA Request Form.
  2. A NORAC Representative will return the form by email with an RMA number.
  3. Print the RMA form and include it in the shipping package.
  4. Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the shipping package.
  5. Standard ground freight will be paid one-way by NORAC.
  6. NORAC or its authorized Service Center will repair or replace, at its option, any defective part or component at no cost to the purchaser during the Warranty period.
