NORAC Solutions™ is a web application designed for troubleshooting NORAC products. Solutions™ allows you to enter specific product information and then select the symptom you are experiencing. The application will then guide you through a series of steps and tests to help you diagnose the problem.

NORAC Solutions™ combines all of NORAC’s Technical Support information in one simple to use application. Solutions™ was designed so that it can be used with or without an internet connection. Initial registration requires an internet connection but as long as the user does not log out, the application will work without an internet connection.

 

For technical support via phone or email, contact your local dealer or NORAC directly. Please have the following information available before calling or emailing for support:

  • Product model: UC4.5™ or UC5™
  • Product owner information: name and location
  • Sprayer make and model
  • Control Panel serial number and firmware version
  • Installation date
